Our Commitment To You

United Kingdom

All orders under £50 (inclusive of VAT) & exclusive of carriage charges are shipped for £4.95.

All orders over £50 (with no exceptions will be shipped free of charge (UK mainland).

If you are outside the UK mainland please check delivery costs by e mailing sales@moobarb.com.

Within the product descriptions of each item you can see expected delivery times.

If an item is in stock you can normally expect to receive it within 2 working days, although more often than not in stock items will be delivered the following working day.(providing the order has been received by 3PM)

If we become aware of any reason why your goods are going to be delayed we will notify you by e mail or phone straight away.

Europe

USA / International

General Information

To protect ourselves from fraud, products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. If payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until we have received the cheque and the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Our Commitment To You

We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period before despatch is advised within the product(s) that you are ordering. If any item you have chosen is unavailable; we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 48 hours.
